Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Shop Meytav purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items should be returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

  • Free from stains, odors, damage or signs of wear

Shop Meytav reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund where an item is returned damaged, worn, washed or otherwise not in its original condition, subject to applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us by WhatsApp at 053-718-6720 and include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

We will send you the return instructions.

Customers may arrange their own return delivery or request a courier collection for 30 NIS, which will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable Israeli law.

For a return due to a change of mind, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, may be deducted as permitted by law. Return-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and receiving the replacement item.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to this policy.

Incorrect or Defective Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

When a return is caused by a defect, an incorrect item or another issue for which Shop Meytav is responsible, no cancellation fee will be charged and Shop Meytav will cover the reasonable return-delivery cost.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or other applicable law. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law will apply.
